The Turkish Maarif Foundation (TMV) is hosting the 15th Country Representatives Consultation Meeting to assess its global educational activities and establish future strategies. The meeting, attended by Maarif Foundation representatives and education administrators from various countries, welcomed the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Prof. Dr. Numan Kurtulmuş, as the guest of honor.
In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. Numan Kurtulmuş emphasized the significant role of the Maarif Foundation's international educational mission in Turkey’s cultural diplomacy. Highlighting that Maarif Schools serve as a bridge for peace, brotherhood, and shared values in 55 countries, he underlined Turkey’s global role in the field of education.
Over 55,000 Students in 55 Countries
The Turkish Maarif Foundation has become a key player in global education by providing high-quality and value-based education in different regions worldwide. TMV President Mahmut Özdil stated that the meeting will last a week and will focus on the status of 55,300 students enrolled in 466 Maarif Schools across 55 countries, along with discussions on new strategies.
The meeting will also include consultations on ongoing projects and plans for opening new schools.
The Turkish Maarif Foundation operates in many countries worldwide, including Romania, standing out with its commitment to quality education. Within its global educational vision, Maarif Schools aim not only for academic excellence but also for the cultural and moral development of students.
